What Planning is

Planning is cloud-based software for organizing worship services and communicating about them. Its drag-and-drop worship flow editor lets users build service details, add or import songs, upload files, and add notes. Users can schedule individuals or teams according to availability and qualifications, then notify volunteers by email, text, or Facebook. The song organizer offers search, filtering, sharing, import and export, performance history, and more than 20 song information fields. All plans include unlimited file storage, with access managed by the team leader. Planning is available on Android, iOS, and the web; its mobile web app works on most tablets and smartphones without an app download. Listed integrations include SongSelect, Church Community Builder, Faithlife Proclaim, OnSong, LifeWay Worship, Spotify, YouTube, and Amazon, though integration types vary. Plans begin with Solo at $15 a month, which includes one planner and unlimited helper accounts, teams, services, and file storage. A 30-day free trial requires no credit card, commitment, or obligation. Churches less than a year old are offered free use during their first year.
