What PerfBee Real User Monitoring is
PerfBee Real User Monitoring (RUM) reports Core Web Vitals measured from real visitors, helping developers and agencies see how websites perform in everyday use. It tracks LCP, CLS, INP, FCP, and TTFB and presents P75 metrics. Dashboard breakdowns cover pages, devices, browsers, and connections, with views for high-impact pages and device or browser comparisons. Each page load also sends device type, browser, connection speed, and broken-resource URLs. Alerts compare results with a seven-day baseline and email the team when LCP, CLS, or INP worsens. Other diagnostics include JavaScript errors, broken resources, LCP attribution, and lab-versus-visitor comparisons. Setup uses one asynchronous, deferred script tag; no SDK, npm package, or configuration file is required. The privacy policy says the script avoids personally identifying information and uses paths rather than full page URLs by default. A free plan is available, but RUM is listed on Business at $59 per month and Business+ at $119 per month. The service is web-based.
Good
- Tracks five Core Web Vitals and P75 metrics
- Breaks down data by page, device, browser, and connection
- Alerts on LCP, CLS, or INP degradation
- Setup requires a single script tag
- Privacy policy excludes personally identifiable information from RUM
Who it suits
It suits developers and agencies who want field performance metrics, page-level breakdowns, and alerts. Teams seeking RUM need Business or a higher plan; the free and Starter plans do not list it.
Verdict
PerfBee combines visitor-based Core Web Vitals with breakdowns, diagnostics, and baseline alerts. Check the Business plan or above if RUM is the feature you need.
