Volunteers can enter vacation dates and preferred Mass times, view assignments, and request substitutes inside Paroecia. Publishing sends each volunteer an email containing their own assignments, while substitute requests are routed to available volunteers in that ministry. An altar server’s record can use a parent or guardian email for notifications and substitute requests. Setup, invitations, volunteer imports, and the first published schedule are free; payment starts after that schedule is published and a new month begins. The list-price plan is $100 per parish per month, with a charter plan at $60 per month. Paroecia operates independently of other parish-management products, with integrations on its roadmap. Data is encrypted, continuously backed up, and exportable for 60 days after cancellation.
