Otelier is a cloud-based hotel operations and data platform for hotel management companies, ownership groups, hospitality brands, resorts, and operators. Its tools cover business intelligence, budgeting and forecasting, night audit, reconciliation, and back-office automation. IntelliSight combines data from multiple systems in customizable dashboards and reports, including more than 100 predefined reports. TruePlan uses audited accounting actuals for property- and portfolio-level budgets and forecasts, with what-if scenarios. DigiAudit stores nightly reports in a searchable cloud repository and supports signature workflows and audit compliance tracking. Rec automates reconciliation across OTA, bank, cash, credit-card, guest-folio, and income-journal workflows. Other tools address income-audit journaling, invoice management, and vendor payments. Otelier lists more than 440 hotel technology integrations across categories such as PMS, POS, accounting, labor, spa, and golf; examples include Opera, Stayntouch, M3, Sage 300, QuickBooks, Cloudbeds, and ADP. The platform offers secure cloud storage for nightly reports and invoice records, with secure access for teams and auditors.
