Ordergroove provides subscription and relationship commerce software for merchants, covering subscriber acquisition through retention. Its Subscription Manager lets customers view and manage subscriptions, upcoming orders, billing details, and payment information. Merchants can offer subscribe-and-save, prepaid, gift, committed, membership, rotating, bundle, and digital plans. Retention features include cancellation flows with offers, one-click actions, SKU swaps, and payment recovery. Built-in analytics track revenue, active subscribers, customer actions, churn, acquisition trends, and cohort retention. Ecommerce integrations include Shopify, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, commercetools, and homegrown platforms. Connected tools include Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo, Friendbuy, Gorgias, Rebuy, Kustomer, and Churn Buster. Developers have REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and API-key or HMAC authentication. Ordergroove says it does not receive or store payment-sensitive information; its security overview lists PCI DSS Level 1 compliance, a SOC 2 Type II attestation, GDPR compliance, TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, and AES-256 at rest.
