What OptimoRoute is

OptimoRoute is a route planning and optimization service for delivery, logistics, and field service operations. Its automated planning builds driver routes and schedules while accounting for time windows, driver work times and skills, vehicle capacity, and vehicle features. The iOS and Android driver app provides route details, navigation, and updates; drivers can record signatures, photos, and notes as proof of delivery. Live location and estimated arrival times are available, and customers can receive order-tracking links. A REST-based Web Service API using JSON connects with systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Zapier, Salesforce, Zoho, and Shopify. The API is available on every price plan and requires an authentication key. A free 30-day trial is offered without installation or a credit card. Lite costs $35.10 a month per driver when billed annually and permits up to 700 orders at once. Pro costs $44.10 a month per driver when billed annually and allows up to 1000 orders at once; Custom supports thousands of orders at once, with price not listed.
