ONESOURCE Pagero sends and receives compliant e-invoices and automates electronic document exchange across more than 80 countries. For accounts payable, it receives supplier e-invoices and can digitize invoices that arrive through traditional channels. Its AR Automation solution links an ERP system with the Pagero Network to send customer invoices electronically, by email, or in print. The platform connects with networks such as Peppol and converts invoices into the format required by the recipient. Supported formats include PEPPOL BIS, UBL, cXML, EDI, PDF, and paper invoices processed through scanning services. It also handles purchase orders and logistics documents. Integrations cover ERP, invoice workflow, tax, and other systems, with ready-made and custom ERP connections. Thomson Reuters describes encryption, ongoing monitoring and security testing, and ISO 27701 privacy certification. Implementation, onboarding, a dedicated support team, and regulatory updates are also described. The free plan includes up to 36 exchanged documents per year before fees may apply; some documents may be unavailable due to local compliance requirements.
