What Obvibase is
Obvibase is an online database editor for organizing structured information in tables, with a distraction-free design intended to be easy to start using. Fields can include checkboxes, dropdowns, radio buttons, star ratings, date pickers, and default values. @mentions create links between records and can be added to text fields or comments. Tables can remain sorted and filtered while users edit cells or add rows, and multiple-choice columns can be sorted by choice order. Bulk editing is also supported. Changes save automatically and appear to other users instantly; offline edits upload when a connection returns. Files stored in Google Drive or Dropbox can be attached without counting toward database size. CSV exports represent those attachments as permanent links and mentions as Obvibase record URLs. The Progressive Web App supports mobile browsers as well as Android and iOS. The free Basic plan allows three databases, unlimited tables, and up to 1MB per database, around 5,000 records. Pro costs $3 a month, billed at $3 per user monthly, and includes read-write sharing with collaborators.
