What Nexio is

Nexio is an iOS app that scans business cards and extracts contact details such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and companies. It can scan multiple cards in one session and capture both sides of a card; the maker says it supports more than 200 languages. Contacts can be grouped by event, company, or custom tag, searched across fields, and supplemented with notes and custom fields. The Free plan costs nothing and includes scanning, AI contact extraction, a library, and basic organization. Free users have periodic scanning refills, while unlimited scans require a subscription. Premium costs $19.99 per year and adds unlimited scanning, smart groups and tags, cloud sync, priority AI processing, and contact export. Exports are available as vCards or CSV for CRMs, email tools, or spreadsheets. Cloud sync requires signing in, and the app requires iOS 15.1 or later. Nexio says contact data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and users can delete individual contacts or remove account data by deleting the account.
