Newoldstamp is a web platform for creating and centrally managing branded employee email signatures. Administrators can build a master template, assign different layouts or reply and forward versions by department, and update signatures, banners, logos, and photos automatically. It connects with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Exchange, and can sync directory data from Active Directory or Google Workspace Directory. Newoldstamp says signatures work with Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, iPhone Mail, Samsung Email, and other clients. Templates support custom fonts, colors, social icons, reordered or added fields, and edited images. Banner campaigns can be scheduled and targeted by segment, with analytics for impressions and link or call-to-action clicks. Integrations listed include Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, SendGrid, and Mixmax. The service says it does not access email content or attachments and uses direct integrations rather than rerouting mail. A free plan and 7-day trial are available; trial signatures cannot be used until upgrading. The Team plan costs $109 a year for five signatures.
