MuleSoft Composer is paid web software for workflow orchestration, data transformation, and real-time synchronization. It supports multi-step workflows, conditional logic, webhook triggers, reusable workflows, custom connectors, and request transformation. The workflow builder and deployment model are hybrid, with cloud and self-hosted deployment available. For business-to-business integration, it offers partner onboarding, EDI standards including X12, EDIFACT, Tradacoms, and RosettaNet, and document types such as ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC, purchase orders, and shipment status. Integration methods include AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTP/HTTPS, and APIs. Supported protocols include HTTP, WebSocket, SOAP, gRPC, GraphQL, OAS3 REST, MCP, and A2A. Authentication options include client ID enforcement, HTTP Basic Authentication, JWT validation, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect. Rate limiting is supported; API management is not. The MuleSoft package is $2,000 a month, billed annually, with a 30-day trial.
