It can join Zoom or in-person board meetings, transcribe speakers live and prepare draft minutes for board review and approval. For violations, it tracks CC&R issues, drafts notices, follows hearings and cure periods, and can assemble hearing packets. Its resident portal holds association records and provides round-the-clock AI answers based on association documents, with citations. A calendar tracks deadlines according to an association’s type, size and building, then alerts the responsible director. Other workflows include SIRS mini-sites, collections, director certifications, Sunbiz reminders, owner financial questions, vendor bid comparisons and board-packet preparation. The maker states that data is isolated by HOA, encrypted with 256-bit SSL, hosted in the US, and not used to train AI models.
