Couples get a planning space linked to the venue rather than a standalone sign-up product.

That venue-first design is a good fit for coordinators, sales managers, hotel general managers and reception teams. It is less suitable for couples seeking a planner they can adopt independently, or for venues that need built-in billing today: that capability is marked as coming soon.

From enquiry to booking

Moposa can import enquiries from website forms and inboxes, assign them to coordinators, automate follow-up reminders and analyse lost bookings. This gives sales teams a way to organise lead handling alongside later booking work, rather than treating the enquiry as a separate process. Once a booking is underway, digital contracts with e-signatures, workflow automation, function sheets, menus, rooming lists and payment reminders support the operational handoff.

Venue calendar and events

The calendar combines room schedules, conflict detection and bookable appointment slots, with two-way sync for Google and Microsoft 365. That makes it relevant to venues coordinating rooms and sales appointments across existing calendars. A separate events space covers corporate functions, conferences, parties and family celebrations, with event workflows and logins limited to events users.

Couple planning and mobile access

Invited couples can use wedding websites, online RSVPs, guest categories, seating plans, shared to-dos and direct chat. Guest lists, budgets and lookbooks are also part of the shared planning space. Couples do not pay, and the couples offering has no in-app upsells, but access depends on their venue using Moposa and sending an invitation.

The free iPhone and Android app gives venue teams access to enquiries, bookings, the calendar and tasks, with push notifications. It is a useful companion for staff who need those work areas on mobile; Moposa also runs on the web.

Group administration and onboarding

Multi-venue groups can use shared templates, group-level reports, one login for managers and permissions by user and venue. Included onboarding covers data migration, configuration, training and go-live support over about two weeks, with no separate setup fee.

Billing caveat

Built-in billing is marked as coming soon. The planned description includes invoices, deposits, payment schedules and secure payment links, but it is not a current reason to choose the product.

Moposa has a free plan, while venue subscription pricing is custom pricing. Venue teams are invited to book a demo; no venue subscription amount or seat and quota terms are stated. Included onboarding avoids a separate setup charge, but does not make the venue subscription free.

Couples pay nothing because the venue covers their planning access, and there are no in-app upsells.
