What WedSetGo is

WedSetGo is a free wedding planning platform tailored to Indian weddings, available on Android and the web. It brings guest management, RSVPs, budgets, vendor management, seating, tasks, and event timelines together. The guest manager supports contact imports, family grouping, and real-time RSVP tracking for lists of 1000+ guests. Couples can invite partners and family members to handle RSVPs and tasks, with updates syncing across devices. For budgets, users can scan vendor QR codes, pay through GPay or PhonePe, and have transactions logged in budget history. The drag-and-drop seating planner handles guest assignments, dietary preferences, and VIP tables without requiring login. Multi-event timelines cover occasions such as Sangeet and Mehendi, and a pre-built 2026 checklist spans venue booking through honeymoon planning. The site describes an AI assistant for adding details and checking timelines. Its privacy policy says Gemini API interactions may use de-identified data to improve Google's AI models and advises against entering highly sensitive or personally identifiable information into AI features. The platform is supported by advertisements and uses Firebase for data storage.
