Pro adds incident management, on-call, status pages, reliability SLOs, burn-rate alerts and automatic root-cause analysis on alerts. OpenTelemetry-native ingestion is available on every plan, and the service lists AWS and Azure integrations. The Free plan costs nothing and has seven-day data retention, monthly limits of 10 GB each for logs and traces, and 15 million metric samples. Pro costs $99 a month, with additional usage billed separately. KloudMate states that it encrypts stored data at rest with 256-bit AES and runs on AWS infrastructure. Enterprise Infinity runs inside a customer's cloud account, deployed and operated by KloudMate, keeping telemetry within that network.
