What Kithmap is

Kithmap is a personal relationship CRM for keeping track of people and how you know them. It lets you build a graph with connection types such as friends, family, partners, colleagues, and classmates. Add people by typing or pasting names, then organize them with tags and groups and attach photos or notes. You can set a follow-up cadence for each person, see who is overdue, record conversations, and get birthday reminders. Kithmap is single-user and intended for personal memory, not sales teams; it does not offer sales pipelines or quotas, account handoffs, contact enrichment, or a LinkedIn replacement. It is available on the web and macOS, with Google sign-in and optional connections to Google Contacts, Gmail, and Calendar. Its privacy policy says Gmail message bodies are not stored, though thread headers and contact-related calendar events are cached on its server. Users can export data as JSON or delete an account in Settings. Kithmap is free during its open beta and currently US-only; it is not yet GDPR-compliant for EU residents.
