Technicians can scan unique QR codes on monitors or traps to record pest activity against live site data, then use the mobile app to view jobs, complete reports, capture signatures, and upload information while offline. The system produces branded visit reports with images and signatures, alongside pest activity logs, heat maps, trend analysis, and non-conformity tracking. Clients can access reports, recommendations, documents, and compliance records in an online portal. Businesses can store certificates, safety data sheets, training records, and audit documents in cloud storage and share them through the portal. Insectram supports requirements for BRCGS, SALSA, ISO 22000, and Red Tractor. API connectivity is described for accounting systems, CRM tools, and other business applications.
