Hobbes provides an AI agent for interactive product demonstrations through web and API. It can run conversational demos around the clock without requiring a meeting, then guide buyers through a live product sandbox they can click through themselves. Hobbes learns from product documentation, help centers, and recorded sales calls. During discovery, it enriches contacts and scores them against a customer’s ideal customer profile. Listed capabilities include meeting booking, lead qualification, CRM synchronization, and live handoff. Integrations include HubSpot, Attio, Salesforce, and Pipedrive, with Slack and email alerts. An analytics dashboard provides transcripts and product heatmaps, and Hobbes says demos can run in every language. The company says it completed a SOC 2 Type II examination and encrypts customer data in transit and at rest.
