Haystack is an intranet platform that connects employees with organizational news, events, and knowledge. Its Digital HQ combines no-code branding, modular design, and group pages for company resources. Teams can publish news, maintain a connected knowledge base and company glossary, and use enterprise search to find information. The employee directory includes profiles, configurable permissions, and a global map view. Communication tools support automated messages across channels, targeted emergency texts, analytics, and Secure Delivery. Administrators can create custom roles and set access controls from workspace-wide down to individual content. Listed integrations include Google Drive, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Jira, among other productivity, media, and identity tools. Haystack is available on the web and through native iOS and Android apps, and lists SSO support and audience targeting. Pricing is available on request; the company says there is no usage or storage cap, and added users are billed at a prorated seat price. A separately licensed AI add-on connects content to selected assistants and platforms.
