What Harmony is
Harmony records and analyzes meetings and calls, then links their results with CRM, calendar, task, contact and team data. Conversations can be captured through the Companion Bot, desktop recording, uploads, pasted transcripts, telephony integrations or calendar-driven auto-join when enabled. It produces speaker-labeled transcripts, summaries, action items, configurable insights, scorecards, performance data and goals, with searchable meeting history. Its Companion can answer questions about meeting and workspace data, draft follow-up emails, create tasks, search the web and use connected integrations; available skills or agents can also run. Companion apps connect CRM, task and project, email and calendar, communication and support, productivity and document tools. Google Calendar is the only natively supported calendar. Harmony offers a Public API and webhooks for programmatic workspace access and custom workflows. Plans start with Basic at $29 a month, and there is no free plan. The service identifies sales, customer success and support, product teams, and leaders or managers as users. Direct sign-up is invite-only, and Linux and mobile are not distributed as primary public apps.
