GullyHR Policy and Document Centre is a web module for organizing HR policies, handbooks, letter formats and forms. It keeps revision histories, including the dates older versions applied, while showing employees the current approved copy. HR teams can record acknowledgements for a specific employee and policy version, schedule reminders ahead of review or renewal dates, and restrict access by role, department or location.

A configuration engagement includes reviewing existing files for duplicates and gaps, setting up access and acknowledgement workflows, and uploading approved documents. Training for HR administrators, managers and employees, go-live support and a post-launch adoption review are included. The centre connects within GullyHR to onboarding and employee records; external connections are assessed on request. It runs in a browser on a laptop or phone, with device arrangements confirmed during implementation. Pricing is on request. GullyHR states that employee data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in Singapore, and handled under the DPDP Act 2023. It also says an acknowledgement records communication, not legal enforceability or compliance.
