What Goverlan Reach is
Goverlan Reach is a paid remote administration solution for enterprise IT teams and managed service providers. It manages computers inside or outside a corporate network without requiring a VPN bridge, and supports Windows, macOS, and Linux with local or remote access. Remote-support tools include remote control, command prompt, task manager, file transfer, chat, video capture, and multiple-monitor support. Professional adds Active Directory account management, software and patch deployment, PowerShell and WMI integration, and script execution deployment. Enterprise adds asset inventory, onboarding, compliance assessment, and system scanning and remediation. Communications use AES 256 encryption, with multifactor authentication and smart-card support. Sessions record technicians, users, devices, actions, and timestamps. Organizations host and secure their own deployment; an optional Reach Server can add security and auditing functions. Pricing is on request, with a 15-day trial and no free plan.
