What GO is

GO is a connected business system for contractors, including landscape and snow operations businesses. It brings estimating, scheduling, production, purchasing, mobile field operations, and accounting together. Sales features cover lead management, customer relationships, estimates, proposals, approvals, and pipeline forecasting. Production tracking covers labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, job activity, and performance. Field teams can access work orders, routes, schedules, photos, and service details through GO Mobile, and track time, materials, and production. GPS tracking and geofencing support monitoring crew locations, route progress, and job activity.

Accounting features include invoicing, payroll, job costing, payables and receivables, general ledger, and financial reporting. Integrated payment processing accepts ACH and credit card payments connected to invoices and customer accounts. Core, Plus, and Complete plans each list unlimited users and browser and mobile access; pricing is available on request. QuickBooks Online is the listed accounting integration, with a requirement for QuickBooks Online Plus or Advanced. QuickBooks Desktop and other accounting systems are not supported as integrations.
