What Genymotion SaaS is
Genymotion SaaS provides Android virtual devices in the cloud that run in a web browser. Developers can run the same script on multiple devices for cross-testing and result comparison, while teams can organize users into groups and sub-groups and manage consumption with quotas. The gmsaas command-line tool can create and control devices and connect them to ADB; automation support also includes HTTP API, Gradle, Detox, Espresso, Appium, and Genymotion Java API. Emulated features include biometrics, GPS, device identifiers, battery states, calls and text messages, camera media injection, network conditions, disk I/O, file uploads, and root toggle. Android coverage spans Android 5.0 through Android 16.0 and includes Android Automotive 14. The service supports two parallel sessions by default and does not provide real devices. Pay-As-You-Go costs $0.06, paid once, billed at $ 0.06 / minute per running virtual device, with each started minute billed weekly. Unlimited (annual) costs $179 a year, and Unlimited (monthly) costs $219 a month. There is no free plan or free trial. Google Play Store and Services are not pre-installed, though the FAQ says users can install the Play Store with its widget.
