What Formspark is
Formspark is a cloud form backend that receives and stores submissions from HTML forms, without requiring customers to manage servers or databases. A standard HTML form can send data to a Formspark endpoint without JavaScript; JavaScript can be used when a JSON response is needed. Submissions appear in a dashboard, can be emailed, and can be exported as CSV or JSON. Automatic spam screening is included on every plan, and suspected spam does not count toward the submission quota. Formspark can route or expose submissions through Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, Zapier, Make, webhooks, and its REST API. Customers can customize notification emails and thank-you pages, while paid workspaces can use an autoresponder. Analytics show submissions by day and country, and workspaces support role-based team members. The Free plan includes 250 submissions, 10 forms, and five team members. The Upgrade plan is a 25.00 USD one-time payment and lists 50,000 submissions, 100 forms, and 50 team members. Bundles are bought per workspace, do not expire, and can be added without automatic payments. Formspark says customer data is stored in Ireland and Germany.
