FamilyHQ turns family school emails into a per-child weekly brief, a calendar, and curated activity suggestions.
What FamilyHQ is
FamilyHQ turns family school emails into a per-child weekly brief, a calendar, and curated activity suggestions. Families can set up auto-forwarding or send individual messages to a private FamilyHQ address. The Parent Brief highlights weekly changes and items that need action, while the service extracts tasks and deadlines such as permission slips, payments, and supplies. Activity Concierge emails local suggestions that take children’s ages and weather into account. Calendar syncing is available with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook, and Smart Rules let users choose which senders, children, and topics appear. Family Hub supports sharing family information with a partner or co-parent; the Pro plan allows up to 10 people. FamilyHQ says it sends information to an existing inbox and calendar, with no app download or dashboard to check. Forwarded emails are encrypted in transit and at rest. Users can choose what to forward, delete data, or export it. Cafeteria and Summer Camps features are marked as coming soon.
