Experience Dance

What Experience Dance is

Experience Dance is a web-based studio management platform for handling class schedules, enrollment, tuition billing, and communication. Studios can collect tuition monthly, by session, or for drop-in classes, and track paid and pending payments. The system can retry failed payments and send notifications, with scholarships and discounts available for billing. Stripe supports payments by credit card, debit card, and ACH bank transfer. A visual schedule builder and digital attendance tracking are accessible from any device. Automated messages can alert parents about schedule changes, closures, and reminders. Teachers can use a phone dashboard to check upcoming classes, take attendance, add notes, and track participation. Agreement acceptances are timestamped and associated with the specific version accepted. The maker says it provides tools and support for migrating student and class information. The Free plan includes unlimited classes and staff and teacher users, plus a class calendar and scheduling. Pro costs $50 a month and adds a registration portal, Stripe billing and tuition management, and agreements and waivers.
