Donr provides fundraising technology for UK charities, with a secure dashboard for managing multiple campaigns. Its text-giving service lets supporters make one-time or monthly donations through their phone bill or phone credit. Charities can use unlimited keywords, customize messages, collect Gift Aid, and offer recurring donations. A reporting dashboard tracks donations in real time. Donr also offers text raffles with customizable suggested donation amounts and supporter messages. Those raffles include a free entry option, which Donr says supports compliance with relevant gambling regulations. Donr states that it has direct billing connections with EE, O2, Three, and Vodafone. It says it regularly tests platform security and holds donations separately from business funds in a Barclays client premium account. Text donations are paid approximately 80 days after the month ends, while card donations are paid earlier. Text Giving and Text Raffles each list a price of £5 a month, billed at 5% plus VAT per donation, with payment processing capped at £5 plus VAT per monthly payment.
