What Degama DTMS is

Degama DTMS is a configurable transportation management system for trucking and brokerage businesses. It is cloud-based and accessible wherever users have internet access. Orders can be entered manually, through EDI, through a customer system, or through the DTMS track and trace portal. Dispatch covers fleet planning, freight allocation, activity monitoring, driver communication, and mobile dispatch on tablets and phones. Billing tools can generate, email, combine, and batch invoices, and the billing module can integrate with accounting software. The document module attaches scanned files to invoices and can email BOLs, PODs, images, invoices, waybills, and PDFs. Mobile Dispatch supports messaging, digital signatures, pictures, and timestamped activity audits. Customer instances can be tailored to terminology and layout using more than 300 configurable parameters. EDI transactions include invoicing, load tendering, tender responses, and shipment status updates using X.12 standards 3040 and 4010. Pricing starts at $550/mo.
