DealCloud is a cloud-based, AI-powered deal and relationship intelligence platform for professional firms. It is preconfigured for private capital, investment banking, legal, and advisory firms. Private capital workflows cover fundraising and investor relations, deal sourcing and screening, diligence, investment committee preparation, and exits. Its relationship intelligence features surface warm paths, measure relationship strength, and guide outreach across deals, matters, and engagements. DealCloud can automatically log Outlook interactions and meetings as shared engagement records. Configurable rules can trigger tasks, approvals, and escalations, while firms can adapt entities and relationships in the data model without custom code. Records can be enriched with market intelligence from providers including Preqin, PitchBook, and FactSet. Microsoft add-ins connect DealCloud data and reporting with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Edge. It can also provision deal-specific SharePoint sites and Teams workspaces, with membership synchronized to deal changes. The enterprise offering describes dedicated Azure-hosted storage, bring-your-own-key encryption, and daily backups. Pricing for that offering requires contacting an Intapp representative.
