What Controlant Platform is

Controlant Platform provides automated visibility for pharmaceutical supply chain operations. It tracks temperature, location, shipment status, and quality and logistics data for active and past shipments, with monitoring available around the clock. Alerts include temperature excursions and device health assessments, while reports support shipment inspection and intervention. Customizable dashboards bring together shipment activity, excursions, logistics measures, and temperature readings. If a shipment has no excursions, the platform can automatically release products for further processing or distribution. It records system activity in an audit trail for shipment tracking and regulatory compliance, and its Integrations API supports connections to supply chain, ERP, warehouse, and logistics management systems. Access to an API key is arranged through a Customer Success Manager. The listed controls include FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, ISO 27001, and GDPR; certifications and audits include ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ÍST 85:2012, and annual SOC 2 Type 2 audits.
