What Colibo is

Colibo is a paid digital workplace and intranet platform for companies, public institutions, and authorities. It combines employee news, work groups, file and document management, wikis, tasks, enterprise search, automatic translation, and multiple-language support. Its iOS and Android app provides full intranet access, with search, calendars, task management, notifications, and direct access to documents and files. Colibo connects with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including files, email, tools, and Outlook calendar events. Optional services include SharePoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph API, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Firebase, YouTube, Pixabay, and OpenStreetMap. A Marketplace adds further apps and integrations. Organizations can choose cloud or on-premise hosting, with EU servers and automated offsite backups. Listed controls include enforced two-factor authentication, IP whitelisting, login notifications, vulnerability scanning, and 256-bit AES SSL/TLS encryption in transit. Colibo lists annual ISAE 3000 audits, ISO 27001 certification, monitoring, support, and a service-level agreement.
