ClubOS is gym CRM and member management software that covers the membership journey from sign-up through billing. Its CRM includes lead capture, automated marketing, sales follow-up, retention tools, analytics, and digital waivers. Member operations include scheduling, check-in, point of sale, inventory, billing, attendance tracking, facility access, and employee timeclock. The member app supports class booking and cancellation, equipment or spot reservations, club announcements, payments, and friend referrals. A custom-branded app is available to customers using Member Management or ClubOS ONE. ClubOS ONE combines CRM and member management and billing features with single sign-on and unified prospect and member profiles. The maker lists integrations including Brivo, Passport, HubSpot, EGYM, Fitbit-related tools, and other marketing, access-control, analytics, and fitness services. Recurring billing and payment processing are integrated through ASF Payment Solutions. The app uses uniquely generated QR check-in codes, and staff can verify membership at the desk if a member cannot show one. ClubOS serves fitness clubs, martial arts studios, gyms, multi-location operators, and franchises. It is available on web, Android, and iOS.
