Summary
Clever Certificates is a certificate-making service for creating, customizing, downloading and issuing certificates. Templates can be edited free without an account, while downloading a single-purchase certificate requires payment. A single purchase provides a Web-quality PNG; subscribers can download print-quality PDFs at 300 DPI. For bulk issuance, the maker accepts recipient data in CSV form, shows free previews and calculates a one-time download price. The site says bulk certificates are generated in the browser and recipient data stays private. Academy Pro adds QR-code verification and a public verification page for each certificate. Its dashboard tracks certificate views, downloads, LinkedIn shares and print counts. The Issuer plan costs $29.99/mo and includes unlimited issuing with up to 10 saved designs. Academy Pro costs $59.99/mo and offers unlimited saved designs, up to five issuer seats and bulk CSV issuance. Plans can be cancelled anytime; certificates issued during a subscription remain valid and accessible afterward.
Who it is for
It suits educators, schools, academies, HR teams, course creators, sports leagues and other organizations that issue certificates. Single-purchase and subscription options cover occasional and recurring issuance.
