CERVIS is volunteer management software for organizations coordinating volunteer scheduling, communication, and reporting. Volunteers can find opportunities that suit their interests and availability, then register online. Automated email and text alerts can provide schedule reminders and thank-you notes, while coordinators can track volunteer activity in real time and create custom reports. Listed tools also include group management, mobile-device sign-in, custom forms, and hour tracking. CERVIS is web-based and lists access from Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS devices, so volunteers do not need a separate app. Every plan includes unlimited volunteers. Basic costs $25 a month and covers simple needs, one-time events, communication, and built-in reporting, but it does not include hour tracking. Standard costs $120 a month and adds hour tracking, group management, expanded reporting, and multiple access levels. Premier costs $200 a month and covers one-time or daily events across multiple locations. Enterprise pricing is by contact. Salesforce and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT integrations cost extra.
