Bonzai Intranet is a SharePoint intranet-in-a-box for organizational communication, collaboration and employee engagement. Its search combines governance, predictive navigation and type-ahead tools to help employees locate people, information and documents. Organizations can publish content for audiences selected by location, role and other criteria, then review engagement measures in pre-built analytics dashboards. The Brick design interface and template library support branded intranet pages. Bonzai includes pre-built SharePoint and Office 365 capabilities, plus SmartConnectors for third-party applications. It can bring Google documents, spreadsheets and presentations onto the intranet for collaboration, and supports embedding RSS feeds, social posts and external training content. The cloud-deployed service is mobile-responsive and works on devices without a separate app. It has employee directories, news publishing and page-building features. Bonzai states that it uses user-based permissions and is SOC 1 and SOC 2 certified and GDPR compliant. Pricing is on request, with per-user terms tailored to the organization; training, implementation, integration and support are included. Bonzai says deployment may take as little as five weeks, depending on requirements and complexity.
