Service-modeling blueprints help visualize infrastructure supporting business needs, while data reconciliation combines information from different topology sources. The product can reveal undocumented assets and dependencies and discover and manage SSL/TLS certificates. Discovery topology and third-party data can feed the BMC Helix platform for observability and AIOps insights. Intelligent Integrations ingest asset and topology data from external sources; event, metric, and log ingestion is excluded without BMC Helix AIOps. Deployment is available as SaaS or on-premises. Discovered information can synchronize with BMC Helix CMDB, with supported ServiceNow CMDB releases described in documentation.
