Archdesk is construction management software for general contractors, subcontractors, and owners or developers. It brings project delivery, cost control, scheduling, field records, documents, and finance into one system, with more than 30 modules covering work from estimation through project closeout. Project tools include project management, Gantt scheduling, budgets, tasks, risk registers, and real-time reporting. Financial workflows cover job costing, payment applications, invoicing, payment tracking, and work-in-progress reporting. Procurement and site features include supplier and subcontractor management, site forms, diaries, timesheets, and attendance. Archdesk connects with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, and NetSuite, and offers a RESTful API, webhooks, and Zapier. Archdesk Lite runs on iOS and Android phones and tablets. Deployment choices are managed cloud, hybrid single tenant, or enterprise on-premise infrastructure. The paid service has pricing on request and no free plan. Quotes include all modules and unlimited data; office and field users are counted separately, while external collaborators are free. Implementation and ongoing support are included, with higher plans adding a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Security features include TLS, encrypted databases, and daily encrypted backups retained for 30 days.
