Listed processing capabilities include event-time handling, stateful processing, exactly-once processing, and watermarks. These functions support workloads that need event-time logic, retained state, and controlled event progression. The service is accessed through the web and deployed in the cloud. It offers three billing approaches. Pay-as-you-go charges according to actual compute-unit usage; billing is calculated by the minute and settled in hourly billing cycles. Subscription reserves workspace resources for a configurable subscription duration. Hybrid billing combines fixed subscription resources with elastic pay-as-you-go resources, with elastic capacity billed by actual usage. There is no free plan.
