Ahead of its expected release towards the end of the year, leaked information and renders have given us a glimpse into the design of the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Pro. Renowned Chinese tipsters, Ice Universe and Digital Chat Station, have shared intriguing details about the device, building anticipation among tech enthusiasts.
From the renders, it’s evident that the Xiaomi 14 Pro will sport uniform bezels and a curved display, contributing to an aesthetically pleasing design. The front of the device showcases a centered display camera hole, while the physical keys are positioned on the right side, with the power/lock button below the volume controls. The rounded corners of the phone and its display add to its visual appeal.
Interestingly, the renders from Ice Universe suggest that the Xiaomi 14 Pro will have minimal bezels, possibly eliminating the “chin” commonly seen on smartphones. This design choice aims to deliver an immersive viewing experience and a sleek appearance.
While the design leak provides a sneak peek, Digital Chat Station has also revealed some specifications for the Xiaomi 14 Pro. The flagship device is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and house a substantial 5,000mAh battery. Notably, it is rumored to support fast charging capabilities with options for both 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.

Digital Chat Station’s leak hints at the possibility of a version with a 2.5D large flat display and another variant featuring a 3D curved panel with slim bezels. The latter is expected to offer an almost bezel-less design, with a remarkably thin chin measuring just 1mm.
