Create an AI duet by making two clearly different vocal parts, generating or converting each part separately, then placing both voices over the same instrumental in a phone-friendly editor or DAW. On a Xiaomi, Redmi or POCO phone, Musicful is the simplest starting point because it has web, Android and iOS apps; use a desktop tool when you need detailed MIDI timing, pitch or stem control.
Plan The Duet Before You Generate It
A convincing duet needs musical jobs for both singers. Decide who leads each section, where the voices answer one another, and where they sing together. Write labels such as Voice A and Voice B directly into your lyric draft so an AI does not merge the parts.

- Verse 1: Voice A sings alone.
- Verse 2: Voice B answers with new wording or a changed viewpoint.
- Pre-chorus: alternate every line.
- Chorus: both voices sing the hook, with a harmony on selected words.
- Bridge: remove one voice for contrast, then bring both back for the final chorus.

Make A Two-Part Draft On Android
- Open Musicful on your Android phone and start a song from your lyrics, an idea or uploaded audio.
- Paste a lyric sheet with explicit section labels, for example: “A: …”, “B: …”, and “Both: …”. Describe the arrangement in the prompt: “Call-and-response duet, intimate verse, wider two-voice chorus, leave space between lines.”
- Generate a first version and listen for whether the sections stay distinct. If the voices blend too early, shorten each alternating line and regenerate that section.
- Use Musicful’s lyric editing and song-extension controls to repair a weak answer line or add a final chorus. Keep the same wording for the shared hook so both parts feel connected.
- Separate the vocal and instrumental stems. Save the vocal result before making another variation, because each version may phrase the lines differently.
Create Cleaner Separate Singers With MIDI
- Write the melody for Voice A and Voice B as separate MIDI tracks. Keep the second melody in a different register or rhythm during verses, then use intentional harmony notes in the chorus.
- Import the MIDI and lyrics into ACE Studio or LyricToMelody AI. Generate each singer as its own track rather than asking for one blended vocal.

- Pan the two voices slightly apart, keep the shared chorus nearer the center, and lower one singer briefly when the other delivers an answer. These are mixing decisions you make after generation, not guaranteed AI behavior.
Turn Your Own Performance Into A Duet
- Record Voice A and Voice B separately while monitoring the same instrumental. Leave a count-in and keep the microphone distance consistent.
- Upload each performance to Kits AI or Audimee for conversion. Choose a different authorized voice for each part, then export the converted files where the selected plan allows downloads.
- Use Audimee’s harmony maker when one performance needs additional harmony tracks; use its pitch editing to correct notes before combining the files.

Use concrete instructions instead of only writing “make a duet.” Try: “Two-singer pop duet, Voice A low and reflective in verse one, Voice B answers in verse two, alternate every line in the pre-chorus, both sing the chorus hook, Voice B takes the higher harmony only on the final words.”
For a story song, add: “A is the night-shift worker, B is the returning partner; never assign both voices the same verse.” For a call-and-response chorus, add: “A sings four beats, B answers for four beats, then both voices sustain the last phrase.” Treat these as direction for the generation; inspect the output because no listed tool promises perfect speaker assignment.
