Use Suno on your Android phone to generate a song with vocals and instrumentation, then refine its sections and export stems if your plan supports it. Ask for metal elements such as down-tuned guitars, palm-muted riffs, double-kick drums, and a clear verse-to-chorus build. The supplied product details do not confirm a metal genre option or guarantee those sounds, so check Suno’s current controls and terms before relying on them.
Prepare A Metal Song Brief
Decide what the song should sound and feel like before generating. Metal spans many styles, and a broad request can produce a result that misses your target. Write down the subgenre you want, the mood, the vocal approach, and the song structure. Treat the musical details below as creative directions, not as confirmed Suno controls or guaranteed output.

- Subgenre: Name a specific target, such as thrash metal, doom metal, or metalcore. Check whether Suno offers or responds to that style before building the rest of the brief around it.
- Rhythm: Describe the riff feel, such as fast palm-muted chugs, a slow half-time groove, or syncopated accents. Add double-kick drums only if that sound suits your target.
- Guitars and bass: Request distorted, down-tuned guitars and a bass part that follows or reinforces the riff. These are prompt ideas; the product details do not verify instrument-level controls.
- Vocals: Specify clean singing, harsh vocals, or a combination, and say where you want each approach. Suno generates songs with vocals and lyrics, but the supplied details do not confirm particular vocal techniques.
- Structure: Sketch an intro, verse, chorus, bridge or breakdown, and ending. Suno supports editing, section replacement, and extensions, which may help shape a generated song.
Create A First Draft On Your Xiaomi, Redmi, Or POCO Phone
- Open Suno on Android. Suno lists Android among its available platforms. Sign in and check the current song-generation options in the app.
- Write a focused style brief. For example: “Thrash metal, urgent and aggressive; fast palm-muted guitar riffs, tight double-kick drums, bass locked to the guitar; harsh verses and a melodic clean chorus; intro, verse, chorus, second verse, chorus, breakdown, final chorus, short ending.” The product details do not establish that Suno supports thrash metal or each requested sound, so review the result rather than assuming the prompt will be followed.
- Provide original lyrics or request an instrumental. Suno generates songs with lyrics and instrumentation. If you want words, write your own and describe the subject, point of view, and vocal character. If you want a riff-driven backing track, request an instrumental and check the available controls.
- Generate a draft and listen for arrangement. Check whether the riff, drums, vocals, and section changes serve the song brief. Listen on headphones at a sensible volume; small phone speakers can make low guitar and bass parts difficult to judge.
- Revise one issue at a time. If the chorus does not lift, request a stronger contrast with the verse. If the riff is too slow or the drums too restrained, make that one change explicit. Use section replacement or extension where available, and confirm the current app exposes the relevant control.
- Keep the strongest version. Save or export the version you prefer using the options available to your account. Suno supports stem export, but the Free Plan does not include stem separation; check the current plan details before expecting separate guitar, bass, drum, or vocal files.
Refine The Metal Arrangement
Judge the draft by whether the parts work together, not only by whether the style label sounds right. A convincing metal arrangement usually needs a memorable riff, deliberate changes in energy, and drums that support the riff’s accents. Use these checks to guide revisions; they do not imply that Suno exposes isolated instrument controls.
- Riff identity: Can you recognize the main riff when the chorus returns? If not, ask for a simpler, more repeated motif.
- Section contrast: Does the chorus feel larger than the verse, or does a breakdown create a clear drop in energy? Specify the contrast you want in the relevant section.
- Drum fit: Do kick and snare accents follow the riff? If the drums feel generic, describe the groove and accent pattern more precisely.
- Vocal fit: Are the lyrics easy to understand, and do the vocal changes support the song’s mood? Replace or revise a section if it does not fit.
- Ending: Decide whether the song should end with a final hit, a sustained chord, or a fade, then request that ending explicitly.
Check Downloads And Rights Before Sharing
Suno’s Free Plan is listed with 50 credits per day and an 8-minute audio upload limit; the supplied details say it does not include commercial rights or stem separation. Pro is listed from $8 per month, with 2,500 credits per month and 20 song downloads per month. Check Suno’s current plan page for the full terms and the rights that apply to your account before publishing or monetizing a track.
