Overview

Career Fairs covers in-person, virtual and hybrid events, from registration and employer invitations through candidate management. Candidates can scan employer booths to log connections, while employers add notes and ratings. Withe also tracks registrations, referral sources, employer engagement, booth performance and participant feedback, with reports ready to export.

Both Career Fairs and TalentSync are described as usable offline, a practical advantage for event-day work where connectivity may be unreliable. TalentSync extends capture beyond Withe-hosted events: recruiters can collect candidates at any career fair and sort resumes, roles, notes and ratings into prospect lists. It can connect directly to an ATS; enterprise field alignment is handled by Withe’s team.

Key features

Fair operations and reporting

Registration forms, employer invitations and candidate management sit in one event workflow. The breadth of reporting makes Withe more compelling for organizations that must show funders or stakeholders what a fair achieved, not just run the event. Exportable reports and CSVs support that follow-through, although the per-fair plan’s event-by-event price may weigh on organizations running many fairs.

Candidate capture

Booth scans and employer notes and ratings give both sides a way to preserve interactions for later review. TalentSync is the more focused choice when recruiters need prospect lists from fairs they do not operate; its ATS connection is useful for transferring that process into an existing system, with field alignment support included in Enterprise.

Privacy

Withe describes physical, organizational and technological safeguards, including firewalls, encryption and employee education. Its privacy policy also says personal information may be stored on servers outside Canada, a material consideration for organizations with data-location requirements.

Pricing

Withe has a free plan and paid plans from $199/user/mo, but the named plan prices and billing terms below are the clearest basis for choosing between event operations and recruiter capture. There is no free trial.

Plan	Price and billing	What it includes
Recruiter	400.00 USD per once, billed per fair	First 3 fairs free, no credit card; unlimited candidates and hiring managers per fair; resume capture, notes, ratings, prospect lists, CSV export and reporting.
Per fair	3500.00 USD per once, billed per fair	Full platform access and all features; registration, employer and event-day management; funder-ready reporting, CSV exports and implementation support.
Enterprise	15000.00 USD per year, billed per year	Unlimited fairs, candidates and hiring managers; ATS integration set up by Withe; dedicated support.
Multi-fair	Custom pricing	One contract across every fair, network-wide reporting, implementation support and a dedicated point of contact across the term.

Recruiter is the lower-commitment fit for hiring teams that want capture and prospect lists rather than the full fair-management platform; its unlimited candidate and hiring-manager allowance is per fair. The first three fairs are free, but subsequent use is billed per fair. Per fair is aimed at organizers who need the complete event workflow and implementation support. Enterprise’s annual price buys unlimited fairs and dedicated support, making it a better fit for sustained, high-volume use than paying event by event. Multi-fair suits networks wanting one agreement and network-wide reporting, but its price is custom. The listed starting point of $199/user/mo does not specify which named plan it applies to.

Platforms

Withe is web-based. Both Career Fairs and TalentSync are described as working offline, but no mobile platform is specified.

Who it's for

Withe identifies chambers of commerce, employment centres, workforce agencies and economic development offices across North America among its customers. It is a strong fit for organizations that need to coordinate fairs and account for employer engagement and outcomes. Recruiters who attend fairs run by others may find TalentSync’s independent candidate-capture workflow more relevant. Organizations that require personal information to remain in Canada should weigh Withe’s stated possibility of storage outside the country.

Pros and cons

Pros

One platform handles registration, employer coordination, candidate management and outcome reporting, reducing the need to split fair operations across separate workflows.
In-person, virtual and hybrid formats, plus offline use, suit varied event setups and connectivity conditions.
TalentSync captures candidates at fairs not powered by Withe and can connect to an ATS.
Enterprise includes unlimited fairs and dedicated support, while Recruiter’s first three fairs are free without a credit card.

Cons

The per-fair plan costs 3500.00 USD per once, so repeated events may make annual Enterprise or custom Multi-fair pricing more appropriate.
Personal information may be stored on servers outside Canada, which may not suit organizations with strict Canadian data-location needs.
Withe is web-only, limiting its fit for buyers who require a specified native mobile app.
There is no free trial; the free Recruiter fairs are a limited entry point rather than a trial of the full platform.

Alternatives

Compare Withe with Recruiting Events Software options. GradLeaders, Premier Virtual, 12twenty Career Cloud and CareerEco are other paid alternatives.

Eventify may suit buyers seeking an event product with web, iOS and Android platforms and attendee-credit tiers; it has no free plan. EasyVirtualFair offers a single-event license starting at 1500.00 USD per once, with the final quote depending on scope, and supports Android, iOS and web. Handshake is an alternative with a free plan and a Basic tier capped at 10 messages per month and 100 talent matches per job; its Pro plan is 450.00 USD per month.

Verdict

Choose Withe if you run career fairs and need event setup, interaction capture and stakeholder-ready reporting in one web platform, or need TalentSync to organize candidates across fairs you do not operate. Its offline support and range of fair formats strengthen that case. Look elsewhere if Canadian-only data storage or a native mobile platform is essential, and compare per-fair costs carefully if your organization runs events year-round.
