Overview

Tokeet combines a channel manager with tools for reservations, guest communications, rental tasks and payments. Connections include Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia, with automatic, instant synchronization. A website builder supports custom direct-booking sites without coding or extra fees.

The broader lineup pairs operational tools with Rategenie, which adjusts daily rates across channels using smart pricing strategies. Integrations include booking channels, pricing and messaging services, payment processors and other business tools such as PriceLabs, Twilio and Stripe. That range makes Tokeet relevant to operators looking to consolidate workflows, rather than only solve channel syncing.

Key features

Channel management: Connections to major booking channels and automatic, instant synchronization reduce the need to keep channel information aligned manually. AdvanceCM describes real-time syncing with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo.
Booking operations: AdvanceCM brings rates, multiple calendars, guest details, inquiries, invoices and rental tasks into its mobile app. This is a practical span for managing day-to-day reservations, though it also means buyers should check which product and plan contains the workflow they need.
Direct bookings: A no-code website builder with no extra fees gives operators a route to custom direct-booking sites alongside OTA channels.
Automation and pricing: Tokeet promotes automation for guest messages, rental agreements, tasks and staff operations. Rategenie adjusts daily rates across channels, useful for operators who want pricing changes handled as part of the workflow.
Payments and security: Users can create and send invoices and accept online payments through gateways. Multifactor authentication supports email, SMS, WhatsApp or TOTP, and administrators can enforce it for team members.
Mobile workflow: AdvanceCM describes biometric login, push notifications and real-time channel syncing. Those capabilities make the app a more substantial operational companion than a calendar-only mobile view.

Pricing

Tokeet has a free plan and a 15-day free trial. The trial requires no credit card and carries no booking or usage fees. The paid AdvanceCM plan costs 14.99 USD per month, billed monthly, and includes 50+ channel connections, automated messaging, dynamic rates and rate automation, invoicing and payments, tasks and collaboration, and direct OTA messaging. It is the clearest fit for operators seeking a defined mobile and channel-management package at a monthly price.

A Tokeet plan is also described with custom pricing based on the number of rentals and selected plan. Its initial display shows $134.90 / Mo with monthly payments for 10 max rentals; the stated package includes a reservation manager, channel manager, mobile app, website builder and payment gateways. That 10-rental cap matters for growing portfolios, and the displayed monthly figure should not be treated as a universal rate when pricing depends on rentals and plan selection. The free plan may suit a cautious start, but no free-plan caps are provided, so it is difficult to judge its fit for a particular portfolio.

Platforms

Tokeet supports Android, iOS and web. The mobile app adds push notifications, biometric login and real-time channel syncing, while the web offering provides access to the broader management platform.

Who it's for

Tokeet targets single and multiple rental owners, small and medium businesses, and large enterprises. Its combination of channel management, direct booking, payments and workflow automation is most compelling for operators who need several operational functions together. A host who only needs a narrow booking or messaging tool may find the breadth unnecessary.

Pros and cons

Pro: Channel management, direct-booking sites, invoicing and payments cover both OTA and direct rental workflows.
Pro: AdvanceCM combines calendars, guest details, inquiries and tasks with mobile notifications and real-time channel syncing.
Pro: Multifactor authentication can be enforced for team members, useful for businesses managing shared access.
Con: The 10-rental maximum on the displayed Tokeet plan may constrain operators whose portfolio grows beyond that tier.
Con: Custom pricing depends on rentals and selected plan, so the displayed $134.90 / Mo is not a simple universal comparison point.
Con: The free plan's caps are unclear, making it harder to assess whether it can support an ongoing operation.

Alternatives

For a broader shortlist, start with Short-Term Rental Management Software. If direct-booking site creation is the priority, compare Vacation Rental Website Builders and Property Management Website Builder Software; for a wider management category, see Property Management Software.

Uplisting is worth comparing for a free-trial option without a free plan; its Pay As You Go offer uses booking commissions that vary by portfolio size.
Zeevou is an alternative with a free Core Plan that includes a property management system, direct-booking website, email automation and automated card payment.
Hospitable is a fit to compare if unlimited active properties on a free Essentials plan is the priority.
Booking Automation is another paid option with a free trial.
Hostify is a paid alternative whose listed rental tiers include all features.
Hostex is a paid alternative with a Basic tier for up to two properties and no booking fee.
iGMS is a paid alternative with a per-booked-night FLEX plan, a $20 per-property monthly minimum and no booking fee.
Guesty is a paid alternative with a Lite plan for 1–3 listings starting at $9/month per listing.

Verdict

Tokeet is best for short-term rental operators who want channel synchronization alongside booking administration, direct-booking tools, payments and automation. Its strongest case is the breadth of connected workflows, with AdvanceCM offering a defined 14.99 USD per month entry point. Look elsewhere if you need transparent portfolio-based pricing or a clearly established free-plan allowance before committing.
