Overview

SmartWinnr is an AI-powered revenue enablement platform for training, assessing, and coaching customer-facing teams. It is best suited to enterprise sales organizations, particularly field teams in regulated industries, that want learning, coaching, practice, and incentives in a connected program. Its breadth is a strength; custom pricing makes it a less direct fit for buyers seeking a self-service, budget-transparent tool.

Key features

Role-based learning paths, microlearning, quizzes, surveys, SCORM imports, and analytics give teams several ways to deliver and track targeted training. That range can support ongoing learning rather than one-off courses, though organizations should weigh the platform’s enterprise orientation against their actual training needs.

AI roleplay lets salespeople rehearse customer conversations with AI avatars, while field coaching adds forms, manager notes, assignments, and coaching analytics. Mobile work can sync after offline use, a practical advantage for employees working away from reliable connectivity. Together, these features make SmartWinnr more than a course library: it connects practice with manager follow-up.

Contests, points, challenges, rewards, and leaderboards bring a motivational layer to sales activity. CRM integration is supported, and the platform page names Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot among its integrations, alongside Adobe Learning, Okta, Veeva, SAML, xAPI, SFTP, and Amazon S3. Secure REST APIs and custom integrations offer another route for enterprise connections.

SmartWinnr states that it has SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance, and that its privacy program addresses GDPR and CCPA. It reports 99.99% availability on AWS, automatic scaling, disaster recovery systems, and automated hourly and daily database snapshots. It also reports a 98% support satisfaction rate and responses in under one hour. These are useful assurances for organizations with operational and compliance requirements, but buyers should confirm which commitments and controls apply to their deployment.

Pricing

SmartWinnr: custom pricing. The plan is an enterprise sales enablement platform with a personalized demo. This route suits organizations evaluating a tailored enterprise deployment, but teams cannot compare a published per-seat price before engaging with sales.

No free plan or trial is stated for SmartWinnr. Organizations should seek a quote that makes the subscription terms and any seat or usage limits clear before committing.

Platforms

SmartWinnr supports Android, iOS, web, and API access. Its help materials describe signing in through the iOS and Android apps, while offline mobile work can sync later—a meaningful combination for field teams.

Who it's for

SmartWinnr is aimed at enterprise customer-facing teams that need training, assessment, coaching, and sales motivation in one platform. Field sales organizations and regulated-industry teams are its clearest audience. A business that only needs basic contests or leaderboards may find the wider enablement scope and custom-sales process unnecessary.

Pros and cons

Pros: Learning, AI conversation practice, manager coaching, and gamification sit in one platform, which can help organizations coordinate development and sales activity.
Pros: Offline-capable mobile work and Android and iOS apps suit employees who spend time in the field.
Pros: Named CRM, learning, identity, and data integrations, plus REST APIs, give enterprise teams several integration paths.
Cons: Custom pricing and a personalized demo make cost comparison less immediate than with published per-user plans.
Cons: Its broad enterprise enablement focus may be excessive for teams looking only for lightweight sales contests or leaderboards.

Alternatives

For a focused comparison across contest and leaderboard products, browse Sales Gamification Software.

Play2sell SalesOS may suit buyers who prefer a published starting price: its A la carte SalesOS plan starts at 7.10 USD per seller/month, with leads, gamification, and roleplay listed as add-ons. It has no free plan or trial.
Gamifier is worth considering when a lower-cost, published entry plan is the priority: Starter is 3.00 USD per month billed yearly and includes goals tracking, basic commission tracking, simple competitions, team leaderboards, and email support. It has a free trial but no free plan.
SalesScreen offers Scale for sales teams of at least 10 and up to 8 metrics, with custom-priced Enterprise for advanced needs. Choose it for those stated plan requirements; both plans have prices not listed.
Incenteev is a paid option available on web, iOS, and Android.
BoardQ may be a better fit for teams that only need leaderboard software: its free Basic plan supports up to 2 leaderboards, real-time updates, custom columns, website embedding, and CSV and Excel export.
Gametize offers a free Basic plan for up to 10 players, making it an option for smaller groups seeking a free gamification starting point.

Verdict

Choose SmartWinnr if an enterprise sales team needs learning, AI roleplay, field coaching, and gamification together, especially when offline mobile work and integrations matter. Its main trade-off is the custom-pricing sales process; teams seeking a narrow gamification tool or an immediately comparable published price should look elsewhere.
