Overview

Teloz IVR is a business phone-system IVR for teams that need callers to reach different destinations through speech or keypad menus. It is most compelling for operations teams building CRM-aware call flows; the free allowance is modest, while paid plans add substantially more capacity and service commitments.

Key features

Visual flow builder: Operations teams can build and revise call flows with a drag-and-drop editor rather than code. That makes frequent menu changes more approachable without a developer, though it does not remove the work of planning the routing logic.
Branching menus: Nested prompts can route calls by time of day, language, or caller location. This suits organizations whose callers need different paths by schedule or region.
Speech and keypad input: NLP voice recognition and DTMF keypad input can coexist in one flow, with keypad entry available as a fallback. Offering both gives callers another route when speech recognition is unsuitable.
CRM-aware routing: A CRM lookup can influence where an incoming caller goes. Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho integrations are included on Professional, making that tier the clear fit when those connections matter.
Analytics and call records: Analytics are available on every IVR node, and call recording is a listed capability. Professional includes 30-day recording; Enterprise extends that to one year and adds Analytics Pro dashboards.
Security and resilience: Teloz says it encrypts data in transit with TLS 1.3 and SRTP and at rest with AES-256. SAML 2.0 SSO, SCIM 2.0 provisioning, MFA, role-based access, and tamper-evident audit logs are included on every plan. The company also says US and Canadian traffic receives STIR/SHAKEN A-level attestation and automated failover spans at least three carrier paths.
Support: Teloz says its network operations center is staffed 24/7 and customer inquiries receive a response within one business day. The round-the-clock network staffing is useful for service oversight, while the stated inquiry response is not an immediate support guarantee.

Pricing

Teloz has a free plan, a 14-day trial of every feature with no credit card required, and per-user paid tiers. The trial is a useful way to assess higher-tier features before committing; its 14-day window is short for teams with lengthy approval processes.

Plan	Price	What it includes and who it suits
Free	0.00 USD per free	Free forever, with 100 US/Canada calling minutes, 50 SMS segments, one local DID, and 25 AI receptionist minutes per month, plus iOS and Android apps. It is a small-scale starting point, not a fit for sustained call volumes.
Starter	7.99 USD per month, per user	Unlimited US/Canada calling, business SMS and MMS, call queues, CNAM, an AI assistant, and a 99.9% uptime SLA. It removes the free plan's calling-minute cap for teams focused on US and Canadian calling, but does not include the CRM integrations or longer recording window listed for higher tiers.
Professional	15.99 USD per month, per user	Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho integrations, 30-day call recording, 100 AI receptionist minutes per month, an omnichannel inbox, and a 99.95% uptime SLA. It fits teams that need CRM-linked routing and a longer recording window.
Enterprise	25.99 USD per month, per user	Predictive auto-dialer, 300 AI receptionist minutes per month, one-year call recording, Analytics Pro dashboards, and a 99.99% uptime SLA. The higher price is most defensible for teams that need the expanded recording period, dashboards, or additional AI receptionist minutes.
Custom	Custom pricing	Minimum 50 seats, white-labeling and rebranding, a dedicated CSM, a 99.999% uptime SLA, custom AI and voice cloning, and data warehouse export. Its seat minimum makes it unsuitable for smaller teams.

Paid prices are per user per month. Compare the allowance and features you will use against the additional per-user cost: the free plan's SMS and AI receptionist quotas remain small, and the plan information does not establish that those quotas increase on Starter. Custom requires at least 50 seats.

Platforms

Teloz lists Android, iOS, and web platforms. The free plan specifically includes iOS and Android apps.

Who it's for

Teloz IVR is best suited to businesses that want configurable, multi-level phone menus with both speech and keypad input, especially teams that benefit from CRM-aware routing. A small operation can start on Free, while teams needing CRM integrations, extended recordings, or stronger uptime commitments have a clear upgrade path. It is a weaker fit for anyone whose expected volume exceeds the free monthly allowances but who cannot justify per-user paid pricing.

Pros and cons

Pro: Voice and keypad input can share a flow, giving callers a fallback instead of forcing speech-only interaction.
Pro: CRM-aware branching and node-level analytics support more informed routing and flow review.
Pro: Identity controls are included on every plan, rather than reserved for the highest tier.
Con: The Free plan's 100 calling minutes, 50 SMS segments, and 25 AI receptionist minutes per month sharply limit regular business use.
Con: Paid plans are priced per user, so costs rise with team size; Custom also starts at 50 seats.
Con: CRM integrations are a Professional-tier inclusion, so Starter users give up a central advantage for CRM-led routing.

Alternatives

Browse IVR Software for a broader category comparison. Choose Voicent if its 100-minute/text free allowance or Starter plan's 6,500 monthly minutes/texts better fits your campaign volume. Agent Voice Response is a free, self-hosted option for personal or commercial use without per-minute charges. Consider Genesys Workforce Engagement Management if its named-user Workforce Engagement Management add-on is a closer fit. JVoiceXML is a free VoiceXML interpreter for Java, distributed for API, Linux, and self-hosted use. KloudTalk is another paid phone-system option, with plans organized around user counts. VoiceGuide may suit teams seeking a one-time, per-line Professional license. CallFire IVR offers a pay-as-you-go option as well as a Lite plan priced at 99.00 USD per month. Plum Fuse is another paid IVR option for web and API use.

Verdict

Choose Teloz IVR if your team needs adaptable speech-and-keypad menus, CRM-aware routing, and a per-user path to stronger recording and uptime terms. The combination of flow controls and security features makes it a credible option for structured business calling, but the free quotas are narrow and the paid cost scales by seat. If either volume or budget is the priority, compare alternatives before moving beyond the trial.
