Overview

The platform brings lead distribution, CRM, lead management, sales engagement and marketing automation together. That combination is useful when a team needs to route leads to buyers or clients, then manage outreach and campaigns in the same service. Its scope is broader than a focused campaign or funnel tool, but the published plans put firm limits on database size, email volume and leads sold.

Key features

Lead and sales workflows

Lead distribution routes leads to buyers and calls to clients. Sales automation, outreach sequences and lead management support follow-up after routing. This is a practical fit for organizations whose process depends on passing leads between sellers or teams; it is less compelling for buyers seeking only a lightweight email campaign tool.

Marketing, reporting and integrations

Campaign tracking, automated outreach, lead nurturing and segmentation cover core marketing workflows. Every plan includes dashboards, campaign management, and marketing and financial reporting, so even the free tier offers visibility into campaign and financial activity. Zapier is included across plans, alongside a RESTful API, custom webhooks and popular lead-vendor integrations.

Security and support

The service uses certified cloud servers and industry-standard security measures, with customer-defined rules for deleting sensitive data. Sensitive data exchanges use SSL-secured channels and are encrypted; the privacy policy also says the site complies with PCI vulnerability standards. Free users get email and chat support, while paid plans include unlimited support and consultative phone support.

Pricing

Marketing Optimizer has a free plan and three monthly paid tiers. The free plan has no trial attached; prospective customers can schedule a demo instead. Paid prices are billed monthly, and exceeding a lead limit incurs additional charges in increments of 100 at the current per-lead rate.

Plan	Price	Included limits	Best fit
Free	0.00 USD per free	5,000 leads in database; 2,500 emails/mo; 500 leads sold/mo; unlimited users; email and chat support; Zapier	Small teams assessing the workflow or handling modest lead volumes.
Startup	249.00 USD per month	10,000 leads in database; 5,000 emails/mo; 1,000 leads sold/mo; 6 tracking phone numbers; unlimited users; unlimited support; Zapier	Teams that need paid support and tracking numbers, with moderate volumes.
Growth	499.00 USD per month	25,000 leads in database; 15,000 emails/mo; 3,000 leads sold/mo; 6 tracking phone numbers; unlimited users; unlimited support; Zapier	Growing operations that would exceed Startup's lead or email caps.
Advanced	799.00 USD per month	100,000 leads in database; 50,000 emails/mo; 10,000 leads sold/mo; 6 tracking phone numbers; unlimited users; unlimited support; Zapier	High-volume teams needing substantially more database, email and sales capacity.

Unlimited users across all tiers is a notable advantage for larger teams, but volume—not seat count—drives the upgrade. Startup adds six tracking phone numbers and unlimited support over Free, while Growth and Advanced primarily raise the quotas. A team near a cap should account for overage billing rather than treating the listed lead allowance as a soft target.

Platforms

Marketing Optimizer is web-based and requires no download; it can be accessed from any device with an internet connection. There is no mobile app, so users who need a dedicated native app should look elsewhere.

Who it's for

The strongest fit is lead sellers, sales managers, marketers, agencies and B2B brands that need lead routing plus ongoing sales and marketing operations. It particularly supports addiction treatment, financial services, franchise sales, healthcare, solar, higher education, home improvement, printing and graphics, and real estate. Smaller teams can start on Free, but its 500-lead sales and 2,500-email monthly caps may constrain active campaigns.

Pros and cons

Pro: Lead routing, CRM, sales engagement and marketing automation share one platform, reducing the need to split these workflows across separate products.
Pro: Unlimited users on every plan avoids per-seat restrictions as a team grows.
Pro: Reporting and Zapier are included even on Free, with API, webhook and lead-vendor integration options as well.
Con: Free is capped at 500 leads sold and 2,500 emails per month, so it is better for evaluation or low-volume work than sustained outreach.
Con: The paid entry point is 249.00 USD per month, and over-limit leads are billed in 100-lead increments.
Con: There is no free trial or mobile app; buyers must use a demo to assess the service before subscribing, and access remains browser-based.

Alternatives

For a more focused lead-generation or marketing tool, compare Lead Generation Software and Marketing Automation Software; teams prioritizing customer records can browse CRM Software.

ConvertFlow is a lower-cost funnel-focused option, with a free tier for five funnel campaigns and a Personal plan at 29.00 USD per month; integrations require a paid plan. involve.me suits teams seeking interactive funnels, with a free tier capped at 50 submissions or 500 visits per month and a Start yearly plan at 29.00 USD per year. ScoreApp is a more specialized choice for scorecards: Free allows one live scorecard and up to 10 monthly responses, while Starter costs 39.00 USD per month.

ActiveProspect is another lead-focused alternative, with Self-Service starting at 10.00 USD per month and Professional starting at 1000.00 USD per month. Formsort is worth considering for form flows, offering 100 flow starts per month and unlimited users and forms on Free, or a Pro plan at 279.00 USD per month. Hello Bar is a popup-focused option, with a free Starter tier covering 5,000 views and unlimited popups, and Growth at 39.00 USD per month billed annually.

Leadberry is another alternative for lead generation. Leadfeeder offers a free Lite plan with unlimited users, seven days of visitor history and up to 100 identified companies per month; choose it when those visitor-identification limits suit the job better than Marketing Optimizer's lead routing and sales-marketing bundle.

Verdict

Marketing Optimizer is best for lead sellers and B2B sales and marketing teams that need routing, follow-up, campaign work and reporting under one roof. Unlimited users and broad workflow coverage are its clearest strengths, but the monthly entry price, volume caps and overage billing make it a poor fit for teams with uncertain or very small needs. Start with Free if its quotas cover the workload; choose a paid tier when lead volume and support justify the fixed monthly cost.
