Overview

RealFoyer combines a website and IDX/MLS search with lead capture, CRM routing and marketing tools. Agents can use its ready-made themes, CMS, blog and community pages alongside map, polygon and natural-language property search. The combination is appealing for a solo agent who wants a branded online presence and lead flow without assembling those pieces separately.

MLS coverage is a crucial constraint: Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and MLS PIN are connected, while other boards on RealFoyer’s list remain roadmap items. Agents relying on another board should confirm coverage before choosing it; a capable search interface is only useful when it can draw on the MLS they need.

Key features

Website, search and lead routing

Starter includes a custom domain with SSL, website themes, a CMS, blog and community pages, plus property search with map, polygon and natural-language queries. New leads can be routed to Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Zapier, Make or another CRM through a webhook. That flexibility can let an agent keep an existing CRM, though it is lead routing rather than proof that every CRM function is built into Starter.

AI marketing and mobile

AI tools produce captions, listing copy, images, reels and flyers, with a Brand Kit and scheduled publishing to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. Drafts remain available for agent review and editing, a useful check before marketing goes public. The Starter mobile app covers leads, activity, tasks, property information and notifications, keeping basic follow-up within reach.

Starter’s batch email allowance is 500 per day and 5,000 per month. That is a defined ceiling for agents with larger mailing lists or frequent campaigns. Customers can export leads and enquiries in full at any time. The privacy policy describes safeguards that may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, infrastructure security, logging, monitoring, backups and role-based permissions.

Pricing

RealFoyer has no free plan, but offers a 14-day trial. Starter costs 39.00 USD per month, billed monthly, and includes 1,000 RF Credits per month, a custom-domain website, IDX search, CRM lead routing, the mobile app and batch email. It is the clear entry point for an individual agent or small operation that can stay within the email and MLS limits.

Starter supports two users, so it is not a broad team plan. Pro, Growth and Team have custom pricing. Pro adds an AI-powered CRM, email marketing, connected communication, advanced real-estate tools, marketing and analytics. Growth is aimed at paid advertising, advanced automation and IDX, marketing workflows and analytics. Team adds brokerage CRM, roles and permissions, brokerage management, shared marketing, analytics and automation. These tiers target progressively larger or more coordinated operations, but buyers will need a quote to judge their cost.

Platforms

RealFoyer supports web, Android and iOS. The mobile app’s stated focus is agent workflow—lead activity, tasks, property information and notifications—rather than replacing the full website and search experience.

Who it's for

RealFoyer is best suited to agents who want website, property search, lead capture and marketing tools together, need CRM routing, and operate on one of its connected MLS boards. Teams needing brokerage roles and shared workflows may find the Team tier relevant, subject to custom pricing. It is a weaker fit for agents who need an unconnected MLS, more than two Starter users, or email capacity beyond Starter’s monthly and daily caps.

Pros and cons

Pros: Starter combines a custom-domain website, property search, lead capture, CRM routing, AI marketing and a mobile app for 39.00 USD per month.
Pros: Lead routing supports several named CRMs and automation services, plus webhooks to another CRM.
Pros: Full export of leads and enquiries gives customers a clear way to take that data with them.
Cons: Live MLS coverage is limited to Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and MLS PIN; other boards are roadmap items.
Cons: Starter is capped at two users and 5,000 emails monthly, with a separate 500-per-day limit.
Cons: Pro, Growth and Team require custom pricing, making their cost harder to compare upfront.

Alternatives

Real Estate Website Builders and Real Estate CRM Software are useful category starting points if you want to compare more options. Choose Agentsite if a free plan or a web-only option is a priority; its Free plan includes a contact form and lead capture, up to five posts, and no AI. BrokerageSpace is a paid, web-based alternative with a 14.99 USD per month Visionary Agent plan for one user and a seven-day trial.

RealtySuite is another web-based option with a free plan. Panda IDX may suit buyers comparing paid IDX website plans; its Website plan is 89.99 USD per month plus a one-time setup fee and supports up to two MLS boards and two collaborators. Luxury Presence is a paid alternative on web, Android and iOS, with a Launch plan based on a 12-month agreement and a variable one-time setup fee.

Brivity, BoomTown and CINC are other paid options. Their plans include tiers for different team sizes, but prices are not published.

Verdict

Choose RealFoyer if you are an agent who wants a website, property search, lead routing and marketing tools in one place, and its connected MLS coverage fits your market. The 39.00 USD monthly Starter plan has a substantial set of tools, but its two-user ceiling, email quotas and narrow live MLS coverage are real constraints. Look elsewhere if your MLS is not connected, or if your team needs more seats or a known price for advanced features.
