Overview

Trusaic PayParity is a web-based platform for analyzing pay equity and planning compensation adjustments. It is best suited to large multinational employers with complex workforce data and compliance needs. Its strength is the combination of statistical analysis, remediation modeling, and reporting; custom pricing makes it a less natural fit for organizations seeking a self-serve tool.

Key features

PayParity analyzes compensation and benefits data from an HRIS to identify statistically significant pay inequities and produce explanations for leadership, regulatory, or legal review. Its intersectional model considers gender, race, age, disability, and other characteristics together, which can help large employers examine disparities across overlapping workforce groups rather than one category at a time.

The R.O.S.A. engine runs hundreds of simulations to model pay adjustments before an employer commits funds. That makes the platform relevant not just for finding gaps but for comparing potential remediation scenarios. It also supports ongoing global monitoring and produces customized pay equity and pay transparency reports for requirements across jurisdictions worldwide.

Trusaic lists certified integrations with Workday, SAP, UKG, and ADP, and says a unified API can connect to any HRIS, payroll, or ATS platform. The Workday integration sends pay equity insights into Workday HCM and Recruiting to inform offers and compensation decisions. Employers using other systems should confirm the scope and implementation of the connection they need.

Security provisions include SOC 2 Type II certification, encryption, role-based access controls, audit trails, and optional single sign-on through identity systems such as Microsoft Entra ID. Trusaic says its safeguards are consistent with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. The company also says it works with customers’ counsel to maintain attorney-client privilege when using PayParity. A customer testimonial describes assistance from an implementation consultant and guidance from the data science team.

Pricing

PayParity: custom pricing by inquiry, designed for global enterprises. The plan includes advanced statistical analysis, adjustment and scenario modeling, HRIS connectors, and audit reporting. That breadth aligns with employers that need a coordinated equity program, but organizations must contact Trusaic to establish cost and fit; there is no lower-priced tier or free plan described.

Platforms

PayParity runs on the web. Its HRIS, payroll, and ATS connectivity makes it suited to employers working across enterprise systems, though organizations should confirm that their specific data flows and access requirements are covered.

Who it's for

PayParity is aimed at large multinational employers, including Fortune 100 companies, that need intersectional analysis, pre-spend adjustment scenarios, continuing compliance monitoring, and jurisdiction-specific reporting. It is a stronger match for organizations with dedicated HR, compensation, and legal stakeholders than for smaller employers seeking a straightforward pay-gap check.

Pros and cons

Pros: Intersectional analysis combines multiple characteristics in one model, giving complex employers a broader view of pay inequities.
Pros: Hundreds of remediation simulations let employers compare adjustment scenarios before spending on changes.
Pros: Certified connections to major HR platforms, a unified API, and reporting for global requirements support enterprise workflows.
Cons: Custom pricing requires a sales inquiry, so buyers cannot readily compare a published price against their budget.
Cons: The product is designed for global enterprises; its scope may be more than a smaller employer needs.

Alternatives

Salary.com CompXL is another paid web option; its CompXL Max plan requires a personalized demo for pricing. Affirmity Employment Law Navigator is a paid web alternative with pricing by request.

For employers who want transparent one-time pricing, PayGapCheck offers Starter at 24.99 EUR per once, with a 12-month rollover, 25 hires, and scenario iterations included. PaySymmetry may suit teams with defined analysis limits: its Essentials plan starts at 12500.00 USD per year, quoted based on employee headcount, for two users, up to 1,000 employees, and five analyses per month.

Syndio is a paid web platform with pricing available by demo request. Equitabl is a paid web and API option with per-employee pricing. Evenpay is a paid web alternative with a published Core plan at 4900.00 EUR per year. HRSoft Compensation Management offers custom-quote plans, including Grow with annual compensation cycles, a single hierarchy view, one HRIS integration feed, and L1 premier support.

Verdict

Choose Trusaic PayParity if you are a large or multinational employer that needs intersectional pay analysis, modeled remediation, and compliance reporting connected to enterprise HR systems. Its integrated workflow is the main reason to choose it; the main reason to look elsewhere is that custom pricing and an enterprise-oriented scope may not suit buyers seeking a smaller, clearly priced tool.
