Overview

Jointly brings contract preparation, e-signatures, and transaction coordination into one platform. Guided webforms build offers, flag potential errors, and attach required documents and addenda; the resulting contracts can be sent to clients for signature. That connected workflow can reduce handoffs between drafting and managing a deal, while offer comparisons, checklists, timelines, reminders, calendar sync, client portals, and document storage cover work after an offer is prepared.

MLS data can prepopulate listing and contract documents, but the service is currently available for select MLS listings in Texas and Arizona. That geographic constraint makes Jointly a much less natural fit for professionals working elsewhere. It also supports lease transactions and describes tenant screening powered by TransUnion, extending its use beyond purchase deals.

Key features

Offer preparation and signatures

Smart webforms guide offer drafting, check for potential errors, and add required paperwork. Generating contracts and addenda from entered information, then sending them for signature within Jointly, keeps document preparation and signing in the same workflow. Secure signing on any device and an audit trail of each step address execution and recordkeeping needs; the audit trail is especially useful when teams need to track what happened during a transaction.

Transaction coordination

Checklists, deadline timelines, reminders, and calendar sync help agents keep obligations visible, while client portals and document storage give clients and professionals a shared place to follow the work. Deadline automation, compliance checklists, and approval workflows are also included among Jointly’s capabilities. Together, these tools make the platform more than an e-signature service, though the value depends on using its broader transaction workflow.

Integration and privacy

Business includes Follow Up Boss integration. Enterprise adds API access and custom workflows and integrations, making it the more relevant tier for larger organizations that need to connect Jointly to their systems. Jointly’s privacy policy says personal information may be stored and processed in the user’s region, the United States, and other countries where Jointly or its service providers operate. Buyers with location-specific data requirements should account for that cross-border processing.

Jointly supports Android, iOS, and web, and its mobile-friendly interface can be used from any device. Phone, email, and chat support are offered, with 24/7 support.

Pricing

Jointly has a free starting allowance, then paid plans aimed at individual agents, larger teams, and organizations. The higher tiers cost substantially more, so the fit depends on deal volume and whether team or integration capabilities justify the expense.

Starter: Free for 7 deals, then $9.00 USD per month. It is for single agents and is the clearest low-commitment way to use Jointly; the free allowance ends after seven deals.
Pro: $49.00 USD per month, including Starter features. It is aimed at high-performing agents, but the jump from Starter is difficult to justify for someone whose needs remain covered by the seven-deal allowance and entry tier.
Business: $249.00 USD per month, up to 5 users; discounted rates apply for additional users. This is the team option, with Follow Up Boss integration. Its per-month price and five-user limit make it a meaningful commitment for smaller teams.
Association: Custom pricing for associations and their members.
Enterprise: Custom pricing for large organizations with custom needs, including API access, custom workflows, and integrations.

Association and Enterprise require a sales conversation rather than a published monthly price. The Starter terms make the free portion a deal-based cap, not an open-ended free plan.

Platforms

Jointly runs on Android, iOS, and the web. Its mobile-friendly interface is intended for use from any device, which suits agents moving between office and client work.

Who it's for

Jointly is designed for agents, teams, brokerages, transaction coordinators, property managers, and associations. Single agents can begin with Starter, while teams that need shared transaction work and Follow Up Boss integration may find Business more appropriate. Associations and large organizations have dedicated tiers, with Enterprise offering API access and custom integrations. Agents relying on MLS prepopulation should first confirm that their work falls within Jointly’s select Texas and Arizona MLS coverage.

Pros and cons

Pros: Guided offer drafting, error flags, document generation, and e-signatures are joined in one workflow, reducing the need to move between separate contract and signing tools.
Pros: Transaction timelines, reminders, checklists, calendar sync, portals, and document storage support coordination beyond signature collection.
Pros: Starter allows seven free deals before its $9.00 USD per month charge, giving single agents a chance to begin without an immediate subscription.
Cons: MLS availability is limited to select listings in Texas and Arizona, restricting the usefulness of prepopulation for professionals elsewhere.
Cons: Starter’s free allowance is capped at seven deals, and Pro rises to $49.00 USD per month; frequent users need to weigh that cost against their transaction needs.
Cons: Business costs $249.00 USD per month for up to five users, a steep step for small teams that do not need its integration or shared-user scale.

Verdict

Jointly is a strong fit for real estate professionals who want offer drafting, signatures, and transaction coordination in one place, particularly those working with its supported Texas and Arizona MLS listings. Its combination of document workflows and deal-tracking tools is the main reason to choose it. Look elsewhere if MLS coverage is a mismatch, or if the per-month cost of Pro or Business outweighs the value of consolidating those tasks.
